‘Death Sentence’ (Metalcore / Nu-Metal)

“Parker Shogren is a Florida-based singer, songwriter, and performer, whose powerful live shows have already seen crowds in the thousands and drawn comparisons to the likes of Memphis May Fire and Asking Alexandria.
His latest single, Death Sentence, has seen rock radio airplay nationwide, and features the talents of Gold Record rock producer Machine (Fall Out Boy, Lamb of God), guitar tone-god Phil Pluskota (Signs of the Swarm, Scumfuck), and metal vocal legend Jason Wisdom (Becoming the Archetype).
But, for Shogren, this is music with a mission. “This song is about realizing that you are not under a death sentence from wrong decisions,” says Parker, who, as a teacher, sees the impact that hopelessness can have on young people.
“Death Sentence” is available now on all streaming platforms.”

‘Disease Of The Undead’ (Death Metal)

Australian based international band G.O.O.L. are back with a brand-new single with a matching horror novella and a fourth member as well! Joining the line-up is well-known old-school death metal musician Rick “Razor” Rozz (ex- Death/Massacre ).
Jekyll’s passion for zombies has finally been given the green light to become a song and not only does it display the awesome talents of long-time lead guitarist David Andersson, but the track also features a pack of well-known metal personalities from around the world! Ranging from Chuck Billy ( Testament ) to Gene Hoglan (Dethklok/Dark Angel) doing zombie voices! The track is a direct tribute to the legendary George Romero and the talented Dan O’Bannon who both made a huge impact on creating and shaping zombie films as we know them today.

Main songwriter Simon Unknowne said, “It’s an interesting fit now to have two lead guitarists whose styles both work well with the band but are in stark contrast to each other in terms of their playing styles” The new track and novella will download free from the band’s Facebook page, as well as being available on all digital platforms. With a slightly old school feel and an odd jazzy riff this track is quite a groovy little departure and as always, the band stick with their style of not following trends or tying themselves to any particular style, choosing to do their own thing and stay unique. The band feel they are only just getting started on their way up and promise that there are loads more great music in store!
Vocalist Jekyll Jones stated, “It was great to become friends with David after first meeting through a Soilwork interview and we became friends over time, and he soon joined as a permanent member and the addition of Rick is awesome as I actually learned to sing extreme vocals to a cassette tape of Death ‘s “Leprosy” and “Spiritual healing” albums back when I was a teenager!” “I also decided it would be great to get some well-known metal celebrities to do the zombie voices, for which I am very grateful for everyone getting involved with the track!”

‘You Are Not Alone’ (Power/Pop/Heavy Metal)

With their strong heavy riffs set against the clarity of female vocals, the mysterious and enigmatic upcoming band Master Dy is a force to be reckoned with, when it comes to the iconic and characteristic genre of Power Metal.
A strong and iconic team of musicians, the emerging band Master Dy has a strong theatrical component, approaches themes around metal and the occult in a comical way with heavy riffs, but a sweet and clean female voice. All set to captivate the world made their debut album release on February 26, 2021 With 11 splendid tracks, Master Dy managed to break into the genre and surprise listeners and critics with its release. Master Dy intends to produce and create music that inspires and excites spirits through the use of iconic Power/Heavy metal music.

Master Dy initially wanted to approach music through the theme used in black metal, because it’s ocultist and a bit revolted against the things that go wrong in a young man’s life, but then Dy Moob felt he didn’t want to do black metal and decided to do something more fun, it could be heard by the whole family and it wasn’t that heavy.
Master Dy has been mainly getting inspiration from Ghost BC , a Swedish band awarded for their incredible hard rock performances in recent years, which has pulled crowds back to rock and heavy metal. Master Dy then sought inspiration in another theatrical band called Powerwolf who abuse synthesizers and riffs, and the iconic Alice Cooper who has always been a legend when it comes to bringing theatrics and Rock n Roll together.
Now the next step is the single ‘ You Are Not Alone ‘ which was finished in the studio by Matt Dougherty ( Megadeth / Kobra and the Lothus ) and will be released by Label DyMM P&M on September 17th to give fans a taste, besides the band is already in the studio working on the next album that should be released at the beginning of the next year, what message will the band bring us this time?
