American progressive metal super-project of PYRAMID released their 5th full-length album “Rage” Revisited worldwide on 4th November 2022 via Sleaszy Rider on physical (2-cd) and digital edition.
For the new masterpiece of Pyramid – like in their previous album “Validity” – Lance Sawyer, the mainman of this band, gathered together some of the best musicians of the metal scene:
Tim Ripper Owens (ex-Judas Priest, ex-Iced Earth, among others), Andry Lagiou (The Harps), Harry Conklin “The Tyrant” (Jag Panzer) on vocals, Mike Abdow (Fates Warning) on guitars and Chris Quirarte (Redemption) on drums, Adam Bentley (Arch Echo) guitars and mixing engineer, Joey Izzo (Arch Echo) the master on the keyboards and Perrine Missemer on the amazing violin.
ANDRY LAGIOU Andry is a versatile artist, she started music when she was 9 years old singing all alone. At 13 she perfomed on stage with various musicians. She is a member of Mike LePond’s Silent Assasins. The ‘Pawn And Prophecy’ album was released on January 26th 2018 via Frontiers Records. Also participated in VIVALDI METAL PROJECT 2021 amongst the best musicians in Europe and Usa on the album named EpiClassica (Jeff Scott Soto, Mark Boals etc)
In September of 2017 she joined The Voice of Greece where and it was really a blast statistics show that more than 3.500.000 saw the videos on youtube of the auditions, and not to mention the 5 huge countries on live TV. Andry played with many famous musicians in Greece (Christofors Krokidis) and did covers with well known youtubers.
THE HARPS was founded by the band’s lead singer, Andry Lagiou, in Athens, Greece, somewhere in 2012, when they started performing mainly her own compositions and arrangements. ”LOVE STRIKES DOVES” released by Sleazsy Rider Records, could be described as being hard rock driven, featuring ear-catching guitar riffs, bringing along some of Andry’s classical music influences, making that way the perfect marriage, between notes of an ancient time, and the sounds of today.
