The latest album, Failure Of State, marks a big evolution for the band. Sporting a new lineup, featuring MUCH better production, and continuing to hone their politically charged death/thrash sonic assault, they hope to make a lasting impression on the metal scene.

Both were released on the Brainticket label founded by John Perez of Solitude Aeturnus.
Due to the pandemic, the recording of this LP continues through 2020 and 2021. Mix and master process end this 2022, year in which the band want to release this album.
The band quickly put together their first EP “lll” and released it in August 2020. Followed up by “Stay Human” in January 2022
Currently based out of San Francisco, USA and Mumbai, India, Akhilesh and Keshab worked together virtually to write the entire EP
A DIY approach to recording A Clockwork Destiny has given Sarah more creative freedom than ever before. Aside from featuring drummer Daniel Stephens (agent57music), who Sarah met on TikTok in early 2021, the rest of the music is written, arranged, and performed by Sarah. Aiming for a modern metal sound, Sarah teamed up with Matt Very of Very Tight Recordings for mixing and mastering.
In January of 2022, GUTRICYDE had a promising lineup change, bringing in Dave Tillery of Comorbidity and Embalmed on bass and moving Lance White to guitar. This was a welcomed change and has made a tremendous improvement on the band’s efficiency and quality.
DemonScar makes hard and heavy music—a rough ‘n’ ready blend of punk and metal, punctuated by a distinct Motörhead vibe and a healthy helping of horror. It’s raw. It’s loud. It’s punchy. Perhaps most importantly, it’s personal. No fancy overdubs. No autotune. No gimmicks. Just a straight-up hard-hitting New York rock/metal/punk conglomerate.
